4 Best Warlock Exotic Class Item God Rolls in Destiny 2

Not bad, not good, but worth messing around with.

As of now, Warlock Class items are interesting but feel a bit redundant and under optimized. Getaway Artist is the go-to, especially for a Prismatic build, and nothing in Solipsism’s perk pools does anything better, just different.

But things will change, and the right balance update could suddenly make a handful of these perk combinations worth it. So, as you grind and bank class items, here is the full list and some specific rolls to look out for.

All Solipsism Exotic Class Item Perks

Here is the full list of perks for the Exotic Warlock band.

You will always get two perks, one from each column but never two from the same column.

Column 1Column 2
Spirit of the Filaments: Casting Empowering Rift grants Devour.Spirit of the Claw: Gain an additional Melee charge.
Spirit of the Ophidian: Weapons reload very quickly.Spirit of the Swarm: Destroying a Tangle spawns Threadlings.
Spirit of Inmost Light: Using an ability empowers the other two abilities with faster regeneration.Spirit of Starfire: Grenades recharge from empowered weapon damage, with empowered weapon final blows granting more energy.
Spirit of the Assassin: Finishers and powered melee ability final blows grant invisibility.Spirit of Vesper: Rifts periodically release Arc shockwaves.
Spirit of the Stag: Your Rifts reduce damage to allies standing inside them.Spirit of Harmony: Final blows with weapons that match your Super’s element grant you Super energy.
Spirit of Apotheosis: Temporarily gain increased melee and grenade regeneration after your Super ends.Spirit of Verity: Weapon final blows with a damage type matching your Grenade grant a stacking Grenade damage bonus.
Spirit of Osmiomancy: Your grenades recharge quicker on hits. The seeker from Coldsnap Grenades travels further.Spirit of Synthoceps: Improves melee damage when you’re surrounded.
Spirit of the Necrotic: Damaging targets with your melee poisons them. Defeating a poisoned target spreads the condition to nearby enemies.Spirit of the Star-Eater: While your Super energy is full, picking up an Orb of Power overcharges your Super with bonus damage.

Best Exotic Class Item Perk Rolls for Warlocks

Like I said at the top, the Exotic class item just isn’t needed for Warlocks right now. There are some fun combinations to play around with and even some melee-focused builds—just nothing that screams end-game level superiority, at least for now.

1. Spirit of Osmiomancy + Verity or Star-Eater

This is best for a non-Prismatic build, mainly because Prismatic grenade choices are somewhat lackluster for damage output. They’re not impossible to proc the Verity buff with, but they just aren’t consistent enough to truly take advantage of what these two perks together really promise.

Throw Star-Eater into the mix instead and you have a less synergistic combination that lets you play with different orb generation builds. With the right setup, you can keep Grenades up at all times while overcharging or rapidly regaining your Super.

2. Spirit of Apotheosis + Star-Eater

If you want to stack damage around your Super, this is the build to do it. It works exactly as the perks read, bank your Super and stack with Orb collection to unleash a large spike in damage, and then spam with multiple abilities to stack more damage or even provide some ad clear.

Another option that has been floating around is to use the Raid weapon Euphony with this Class item to quickly rack up the Spindle buff. This basically adds another powerful shot to your arsenal to follow up your ability usage without having to slowly build it up over time through sustained damage.

3. Spirit of Inmost Light + Harmony or Star-Eater

Like the Titan class item and Hunter class item, Spirit of Inmost Light is a great option all on its own. For Warlock’s though, there are not many great options to pair it with aside from Harmony and Star-Eater for obvious reasons. Claw and Verity technically work here too, but two melee abilities and a Grenade buff aren’t as useful as perks around your Super.

My advice here is to bank any Inmost Light variation you can. It can still be great for creating an ability regen loop, even if the other perks aren’t all that complimentary.

4. Spirit of Starfire + Filaments, Inmost, or Osmiomancy

There’s a lot to like about the Starfire perk aside from its requirement that you use an Empowering Rift over a Healing Rift. If that’s your game, Running Filters to proc Devour can make up for some of this loss, but it’s tough to really say the trade is worth it. Osmiomancy and Inmost are the other two options that let you play into the ability regen aspect of Starfire, but others on this list simply do it better.

As of now, this is an alternative option worth keeping if you want to mix things up. The perks are very synergistic but are hard to immediately gravitate to, especially with some of the other perks you can pick up.
