There are many unique businesses for players to purchase in GTA Online, from high-rise executive offices to secret underground government facilities. One such property players can obtain and customize in GTA Online is a Motorcycle Club Clubhouse (MC Clubhouse).
These humble buildings act as hub areas for players looking to create their very own motorcycle gang! There are a lot of different clubhouses that a player can buy, which can make deciding which one to get tricky. Luckily for you, we are going to be ranking each and everyone in today’s article.
Ranking Every MC Clubhouse in GTA Online, From Worst to Best
So with that overview done and over with, let’s hop into this article for Every MC Clubhouse in GTA Online Ranked!
12/12
Paleto Bay Clubhouse (68 Paleto Boulevard)
Kicking off our list at spot number 12, we have the MC clubhouse located in Paleto Bay. Specifically 68 on Paleto Boulevard. This is one of two safe houses that can be found in this town, and it’s without a doubt the worst spot in the game. There are very few reasons to buy here.
It can be purchased for $250,000. This is cheap, sure, but why get this spot when you can save $50,000 and get the one in Great Chaparral? Especially when that spot is so much better. This clubhouse location is nowhere near the meta MC businesses, let alone any good properties. Paleto Bay is the most isolated major town on the map. All the best businesses are located in Los Santos or in the center of the map.
You could argue that there are hardly any players here, and therefore your chances of getting griefed are minimized. But you don’t sell product from here, you sell them from your MC businesses. So you don’t really have anything to be afraid of losing from this spot. You aren’t at risk of being killed for no reason, which is nice. But I don’t think that justifies getting this spot.
11/12
Paleto Bay Clubhouse (1 Paleto Boulevard)
Up next we have the other clubhouse location in Paleto Bay. But this one can be found on 1 Paleto Boulevard. Like the previously mentioned one, it suffers from a lot of the same issues. There isn’t much of a reason to go over in detail them a second time, so let’s just mention the price and then briefly recap the previous points.
It costs only $242,000. This makes it slightly cheaper than the previous clubhouse. It is far away from the best MC businesses. And there are no business properties nearby that are worth getting. There are very few players here, which minimizes your chances of getting killed for no reason. The only reason to buy this property is if you want something you can use to spawn yourself at Paleto Bay.
10/12
Vespucci Beach Clubhouse
Onto the next pick, it’s the Vespucci Beach Clubhouse. This property can be found on 4 Goma Street, and it is located to the south of the Del Perro Clubhouse (see the section below). I have pretty mixed feelings on this spot, for reasons that I will explain in a moment.
It is a clubhouse that you can buy for only $395,000. This is not exactly cheap, but not really that expensive either. I don’t really recommend this spot for a few reasons. It is nowhere near the best MC business. Many other clubhouses aren’t, but most of them have some redeeming qualities that make getting them worth considering. This one has a few but not many.
It manages to be more expensive than the next clubhouse on our list but somehow is also in a worse spot. This clubhouse is found pretty far to the southeast of the city, and there aren’t that many other properties nearby that are worth getting. There is a drop-off location for a biker sale mission nearby, but most sale missions will take you outside Los Santos or to a different neighborhood.
9/12
Del Perro Beach Clubhouse
Moving onto our next spot, we have the clubhouse located by Del Perro beach. This property is found in the western side of Los Santos, near the Del Perro pier. This is usually a pretty populated area, but not as populated as Vinewood and the center of the city. It is a single-story clubhouse.
You can purchase it for a total sum of $365,000. Because of this price, you could argue it’s a decent alternative to the more expensive locations in Vinewood/north LS. It is still located in the city and is near some good businesses. But you can save $100,000 by getting this one instead of the two that are found on the northern side of the city.
There is a nightclub nearby, and Del Perro is one of the better locations to purchase the nightclub. So if you happen to own the NC nearby, that’s a good reason to put your clubhouse there as well.
8/12
La Mesa Clubhouse
Up next we have the clubhouse that is found in La Mesa. This one was a bit tricky for me to rank. On one hand, it is fairly close to some other locations. There are some special cargo warehouses and two good spots for your Import/Export vehicle warehouse. But this property is fairly expensive.
You can purchase it for a price of $449,000, which is fairly pricey. It is in a pretty alright spot to do the MC bike delivery missions from. You are close to the highway so you can get on it and start heading to Blaine County when a mission takes you there. And there are some missions that take place in the city, so this is a pretty okay middle point.
I recommend this spot if you don’t mind the steep price and want something close to your CEO businesses. Being near the special cargo warehouses is a solid reason to get this clubhouse.
7/12
Rancho Clubhouse
For the next pick, let’s discuss the Rancho Clubhouse. This property can be found in south Los Santos. There really aren’t that many reasons to get a clubhouse all the way out here, given how far away the best MC businesses are. This would be an okay spot if not for its hefty price tag…
You’ll be paying $420,000 for this property. It is odd that this clubhouse is worth so much. You’d be better off paying a little extra to get the Hawick Clubhouse, as at least that one is near some good non-MC businesses. To be fair, there are a few large special cargo warehouses that can be found nearby. So that might be a good justification to get it.
Since this one is south of Los Santos, it isn’t the best spot to do the bike delivery missions from. Maybe you could buy this spot if it works with your grinding routine and you need a property to spawn from on the southern side of the map. But otherwise, just skip this one.
6/12
Pillbox Hill Clubhouse
Our next spot is the Pillbox Hill Clubhouse! This is a pretty cool one-story clubhouse that is located in the center of Los Santos. If you are looking for a good clubhouse that will put you right in the middle of the city, then this is a good choice.
You should note that it is one of the more expensive clubhouses, costing exactly $455,000. This makes it only slightly less expensive than the ones found in the northern part of Los Santos. So I recommend you skip this one if you are on a budget. There are several properties that can be found nearby. Two of the best CEO offices can be found nearby. If you own one or plan to own one, you could get your clubhouse here to check on both your MC businesses and CEO businesses more easily.
The fact that it is in the center of the city is a double-edged sword. On one hand, you can get to anywhere in the city fairly fast. On the other hand, you will encounter lots and lots of other players… Some of which are definitely going to be hostile to you for no reason. Use this location with caution.
5/12
Grape Seed Clubhouse
Coming up in our next spot we have the Grape Seed Clubhouse! Found in a small town to the north of Sandy Shores, this clubhouse location manages to be both cheap and practical. It is also a very uncommon spot for people to get a clubhouse in. This means it’s a good spot if you want to avoid other players attacking you while you are here to do MC-related stuff.
The price for this property sits at $225,000. This is just $25,000 more expensive than the other locations. This spot isn’t as good for getting to your MC businesses as the first two locations on this list are. It is fairly close to Sandy Shores and the Great Chaparral desert… But you need to get around the Alamo Sea first. This isn’t a huge problem if you have a helicopter or the Oppressor Mk II.
But most new players don’t have those vehicles, so I wouldn’t recommend newbies get this spot. It is really, really pretty close to the best Document Forgery Office. But that business generally isn’t worth doing, so don’t bother. Overall, this is a pretty underwhelming spot compared to some of the later locations on this list. But it is still really cheap and located in a decent spot.
4/12
Downtown Vinewood Clubhouse
At our next spot, we have Downtown Vinewood! This neat little clubhouse located can be found in the northern part of the city, in one of Los Santos’ more wealthier neighborhoods. This is a two-story clubhouse, and it’s definitely a decent pick if you want the two-story layout.
You can acquire this location for exactly $472,000. This is a bit cheaper than the location in Hawick (see next section), so if you want to save a bit of money while going for a location in north Los Santos, then get this one. There are some good business locations nearby, such as an arcade and a nightclub. If you happen to own any of these businesses, this would be a good spot to purchase.
This is a really good location to do the bike customization business from! Mainly because half of the drop-off locations can be found in the central parts of the map and the other half in the city, making this a great halfway point. And because of all the nearby businesses, you can stop here after managing them to do a delivery mission.
3/12
Hawick Clubhouse
Now at spot number 3, we have the Hawick Clubhouse! This is a two-story clubhouse that can be found in Northern Los Santos. It is the MC clubhouse that I currently own, and I have few complaints about it. Arguably, it is the best MC clubhouse in the city, even if it is the most expensive clubhouse in the game. Hell, if it weren’t for that price tag, it would probably be in spot #1.
This location has a cost of $495,000. While this location is far away from some of the best MC business locations… The fact that it is in the northern part of the city means that it is close to some of the best non-MC businesses. There is an arcade located not too far away from this location. And there is an auto shop property that is quite literally down the road.
This location is without a doubt the best one to do the bike customization business from. About half the drop-off locations will spawn in the city, with the other half being in the country. This is the perfect middle ground between these two areas. During my grinding routine, I will restock my business at the arcade, then customize my client’s cars at the nearby auto shop, then finally stop here to deliver a motorbike. I defiantly recommend this spot if you don’t mind the steep price.
2/12
Sandy Shores Clubhouse
Up next in second place on this list for Every MC Clubhouse in GTA Online Ranked, we have the Sandy Shores Clubhouse. It is very cheap and inexpensive, which makes sense given its location in Sandy Shores. This is another fairly common clubhouse that many players own. I have never owned this property myself, but I’ve read good reviews about it from other people who do own it.
This property costs only $210,000, making it the second cheapest property in the game. It is only $10,000 more expensive than the least expensive one, which is basically nothing in GTA Online. One really great thing about this location is the fact that it is very close to an Ammu-Nation and a convenience store. Because of this, you can quickly restock on armor and snacks after a mission.
Another great reason to get this property is the fact that some of the best MC businesses are located not too far away. The best Cocaine Lockup is right next to the Alamo Sea. And the best Meth Lab and Counterfeit Cash factory are very close to it! If you are interested in getting the weed farm as well, that location is located just to the east.
1/12
Great Chaparral Clubhouse
Taking spot number 1 on our list is none other than the Great Chaparral Clubhouse! This is an especially cheap clubhouse that is located in the Great Chaparral Desert. This was the first MC Clubhouse I ever owned, and it is also the most popular clubhouse in GTA Online. It features a single-story layout, and one of the BEST exteriors out of any other clubhouse.
Let’s start out with the price. You can acquire it for only $200,000, making it the cheapest clubhouse in the game! Because of this, this is a great location to buy if you just want to get right into the content for the Bikers DLC as soon as you can. It’s also great if you don’t care about doing the bike customization business and just want to do the businesses available on The Open Road.
One other really great thing about this property is the fact that it is located right next to the three meta MC businesses. The best Cocaine Lockup, Meth Lab, and Counterfeit Cash Factory can all be found just a short drive away! You can set your spawn location here if you don’t own any nearby safe houses, allowing you to get to your MC businesses fast. There are really very few reasons to not get this location.
