The world? A playground for wannabe gangsters and real-life trolls. It's like a magnet for the worst humanity offers, both in-game and online. And the missions – repetitive capers that feel like a bard retelling the same bad story. The characters? As endearing as a grumpy ogre with a toothache. Give me an epic quest, a real challenge, not playing errand boy for petty crooks in a concrete jungle. Perfect if your idea of fun is mindless destruction and listening to NPC's spew the same lines since 2013.
