One of my favorite parts about GTA 5 Online is purchasing a brand-new safe house, especially if it’s a high end apartment! There’s just something really satisfying about buying a brand-new property for you to hang up your coat at. The game features a huge variety of different safe houses to choose from, some of which can even be customized.

But out of all the safe houses that are in the game, which are the best ones to get? Which ones are in the most practical locations? What ones do not include customization? We are going to be going over each of these questions and more in this article for the Best High-End Safe House & Apartment in GTA 5 Online.

High-End Safe House & Apartment Overview

Before we get into the ranking, let’s first briefly go over what makes high-end safe houses different from the other apartments and houses in GTA 5 Online. There are some common characteristics found among all high-end safe houses, so they are worth mentioning before we begin ranking each of them.

High-end safe houses are–as the name implies–more expensive, luxurious versions of the other safe houses in the game. Each one features a clean, modern interior that is sure to make any Vinewood millionaire blush. A select few of these safe houses can be customized by players, given custom and unique themes that overhaul the look of them.

In terms of practical uses, these safe houses feature two key details. Firstly, they allow users to host five different heists! These heists take players across several different missions and allow players to make a ton of money relatively fast. They don’t pay as well as the Diamond Casino Heist and Cayo Perico Heist, but they are still great fun to do with friends. Additionally, high-end safe houses come with garages that can hold up to 10 player-owned cars.

Before we get into the article, I should preface this by saying that we will not be including literally EVERY safe house. There are some apartment buildings in the game that include multiple safe houses, such as Eclipse Towers.

Additionally, there are also some stilt houses that are located on the same street. For these types of safe houses, we will only be including what we think is the best one from each building/street.

So with that out of the way… let’s get right into the article!

2045 North Conker Avenue

Price: $727,000 | Location: Vinewood Hills | Benefits: Close proximity to good business locations

First up on our list in dead last is 2045 North Conker Avenue. This safe house isn’t really bad, it’s just that there are better options out there. You can pick this one up for $727,000. This price tag makes it the second most expensive stilt house in the game. The exterior looks pretty decent, but there’s a better-looking one available for only a little bit higher price (more on that later).

Due to the high price tag, I do not recommend you buy this if you are new to the game. Save your money and get one of the cheaper safe houses on this list (preferably one that is under $300,000). Location-wise, you can find it snuggly sitting inside Vinewood Hills. From this spot, players can access several different business properties available for purchase.

2117 Milton Road

Price: $608,000 | Location: Vinewood Hills | Benefits: Close proximity to good business locations

Onto spot number 12 and we have 2117 Milton Road. This is a property that you can purchase in GTA 5 Online for exactly $608,000. It features a pretty disappointing exterior that makes it not that great for showing off (at least on the outside). At least some of the more expensive stilt houses have better exteriors. The location is pretty decent, however, and I’d say that still makes it worth buying.

If you go south you’ll hit Vinewood, and here are some of the best locations for certain properties in the game. There’s the arcade, two nightclub locations, as well as two special cargo warehouses (one small and one large). Definitely a good safe house for business-minded people. But there are better, cheaper options available.

3677 Whispymound Drive

Price: $478,000 | Location: Vinewood Hills | Benefits: Close to various amenities, close proximity to good business locations

Coming up next is 3677 Whispymound Drive. This affordable stilt house nestled high up in Vinewood Hills can be purchased in-game for a price of $478,000! This is a pretty underutilized safe house not owned by many players. Anyone would be wise to pick up if they want something a little more unique.

Speaking of its location, there are several businesses located due south in Vinewood. There’s an arcade, two nightclubs, and two special cargo warehouses. To the southeast in Hawick is an Agency property as well that you can purchase.

3655 Wild Oats Drive

Price: $800,000 | Location: Vinewood Hills | Benefits: Fantastic exterior, close to various amenities, close proximity to good business locations

Now it’s time for a fun one! We have none other than 3655 Wild Oats Drive. It can be purchased for a price tag of exactly $800,000, making it the most expensive safe house in the game. I don’t recommend this one for new players, but if you have money to burn then definitely get it! It is perfectly understandable if you think that this safe house should be much lower on the list due to this high-price tag. But why do I think this one is worth getting more than some of the others? Let me explain…

First and foremost, this is the closest thing to a true mansion that we have in GTA 5 Online. It features the BEST exterior out of every safe house in the game. It reminds me a lot of Michael’s house from the single player. In addition to having a great-looking exterior, it even has a pool you can swim in! It also is located close to a convenience store and a tattoo parlor and is the closest safe house to the Los Santos Freeway.

Wezel Plaza, Apt 101

Price: $335,000 | Location: Rockford Hills| Benefits: Cheap price, close to various amenities, close proximity to good business locations

For spot number 9 on this list, we are going to be discussing Wezel Plaza, Apt 101. You can obtain this place for exactly $335,000! This is a really great price, especially considering the view and how high-up this safe house is. There is also its location relative to other places in the game that makes the price such a steal. Speaking of…

Located in Rockford Hills, there is an Ammu-Nation, a barber shop, and a clothing store nearby. While not located in Vinewood, it is close enough that you can travel there very easy to access some of the businesses that are located there. It is also fairly close to an auto shop property located due east, and a nightclub located to the southwest.

4 Integrity Way, Apt 28

Price: $476,000 | Location: Pillbox Hill | Benefits: Located in the center of the city, close to various amenities, close to CEO offices

Moving on, now we have Apt 28 of the building 4 Integrity Way! You can grab apartment 28 for the price of $476,000. This is a bit more expensive than the other two apartments in this same building. However, the better view and the more unique interior make up for this price increase.

In addition to having good looks, it’s also got practicality. There are two CEO offices located literally right next door, making it the perfect place to spawn in at if you want to head on over to your office. There are also plenty of clothing stores nearby, and an Ammu-Nation not that far south.

2866 Hillcrest Avenue

Price: $525,000 | Location: Vinewood Hills | Benefits: Close proximity to good business locations

Onto our next spot, we have 2866 Hillcrest Avenue. This is an especially cozy modern house wedged in the middle of several other high-end stilt houses. You can buy it for a price of $525,000. This makes it a pretty decent buy if you want something located in Vinewood Hills.

Speaking of location, like several other safe houses in Vinewood there are several businesses located nearby. An arcade, two nightclubs, and two special cargo warehouses, to be exact. The hills are a little bit annoying to navigate by car, but if you have an Oppressor Mk II,

it becomes a non-issue.

2113 Mad Wayne Thunder Drive

Price: $449,000 | Location: Vinewood Hills | Benefits: Close proximity to good business locations

Coming in sixth place, we have the house 2113 Mad Wayne Thunder Drive. This house may not have the flashiest exterior, but it’s got everything else going for it. It can be purchased for a price of $449,000, making it one of the cheapest stilt houses in the game.

Its location towards the lower end of Vinewood Hills makes it a good spot to get if you own some of the businesses in the area. There is an arcade, two nightclubs, and two special cargo warehouses nearby. There’s even an Agency not too far away over in Hawick.

3 Alta St, Apt 10

Price: $217,000 | Location: Pillbox Hill | Benefits: Cheap price, close to various amenities, located in the center of the city, close to CEO offices

For our next pick, we have 3 Alta St, Apt 10. This practical safe house is available for $217,000. This is an INSANELY low price! This is without a doubt one of the cheapest apartments in the game, making it a perfect buy if you are a new player looking to get into the OG heists as soon as you possibly can.

The price tag becomes even more strange when you consider it a great location. It is smack dab in the center of the city! This makes it great as you can spawn in and go to just about anywhere in Los Santos pretty fast. There are also two office locations and an Ammu-Nation nearby.

Richards Majestic, Apt 51

Price: $253,000 | Location: Rockford Hills | Benefits: Cheap price, close to various amenities, close proximity to good business locations

Richards Majestic, Apt 51 is coming up next. You can obtain this safe house for only $253,000, which makes it one of the least expensive high-end properties in the game. This is one of several viable options for low-level players short on cash looking for a way to get into the OG heists of GTA 5 Online. The view may not be as great as some of the other apartments, but the cheapness more than makes up for it.

There is also the fact that you can find several business properties not that far away from this safe house to the northeast. There’s a nightclub to the southeast of this location, as well as an arcade not that far away in Vinewood to the northeast. Overall, it’s a pretty great safe house if you don’t want to spend a pretty penny.

Tinsel Towers, Apt 42

Price: $492,000 | Location: | Benefits: Relatively cheap, close to various amenities, close proximity to good business locations

And coming up next on our list is the very underrated and underappreciated Tinsel Towers. Think of this safe house as being a “poor man’s Eclipse Towers.” But don’t let that nickname fool you, this safe house is still a worthy competitor to Eclipse Towers. You can purchase Apartment 42 for a reasonable price of $492,000.

This safe house is located close by to a Los Santos Customs, as well as several clothing stores and barber shops. There are also several businesses nearby, most notably an arcade, two nightclubs, and two special cargo warehouses.

Del Perro Heights, Apt 7

Price: $200,000 | Location: Del Perro | Benefits: Cheapest high-end safe house in the game, close to various amenities

Coming in at spot number 2, it’s Del Perro Heights, Apt 7. This is a very affordable safe house… in fact, it’s the cheapest high-end property in the game, costing only $200,000! If you are looking to get into doing the OG heists while spending as little money as possible, then this is the high end apartment for you. While its being so inexpensive is its greatest asset, there are plenty of other great things about it.

For starters, the interior of the safe house is really nice, and the location is good as well. It is close to Del Perro Pier, which is the sight of several in-game activities. There’s also a convince store, an Ammu-Nation, and a clothing store literally right around the corner! Perfect for getting some snacks, body armor, and a stylish outfit before pulling off a big heist.

Eclipse Towers, Penthouse Suite 1

Price: $1,100,000 | Location: Vinewood | Benefits: Customizable interior, fantastic view of the city, close proximity to good business locations

Taking the gold medal on our list for Every High-End Safe House in GTA 5 Online Ranked, we have Eclipse Towers, Penthouse Suite 1! This is the most expensive safe house that you can buy from Dynasty 8 Realtors, costing exactly $1,100,000.

This may be expensive, but I feel that it is the most expensive safe house adds some prestige to it, making it more desirable. Not only is purchasing this safe house a massive flex, but it comes with plenty of benefits that make this safe house worth getting.

For starters, there is an incredible view of the city! This safe house provides arguably the BEST view out of any of the others in the game. And Eclipse Tower Penthouses are the only safe houses with customizable interiors, featuring plenty of different styles for you to choose from. The location of this safe house is also great. It is right next to an arcade location, two nightclub locations, and two special cargo warehouses! All of this makes it a great safe house to buy for business-savvy players.
