Warframe 1999: Best New Arcanes and How To Get Them

Supercharge your Tenno in the 1999 update.

With everything released in Warframe 1999, it’s important not to forget the great new Arcanes added to the game. Any player should do their Tenno arsenal a favor and add these Arcanes to their builds. That’s why. In this guide, I’ll be going over the best new Arcanes in Warframe 1999 and how to get them in no particular order.

How To Get 1999 Arcanes

As you might have guessed, these Arcanes can only be grabbed in the 1999 update. That means completing The Hex quest and gaining access to Höllvania Central Mall. Once that’s done all Arcanes can be acquired from Eleanor after reaching Rank 5 of the Hex Syndicate for Standing.

Alternatively, every Arcane can be acquired from Scaldra Caches in Exterminate missions, Techrot Safes found in Höllvania missions, dropped by the H-09 Tank in Assassination missions, rewarded from Faceoff missions and rewarded from the 1999 Calendar. Players are not spoiled for choice when getting Arcanes.

Warframe 1999 Best New Arcanes

Primary Crux

On Weak Point Hit: Gain +30% Status Chance and +6% Ammo Efficiency for 10s. Stacks up to 10x.

The first Arcane on this list, Primary Crux, is perfect for anyone wanting to increase their Status Chance game. Guns like the Reconifex were made for an Arcane like this given its innate Heat Damage. Furthermore, the Ammo Efficiency buff can also make weapons like the AX-52 have infinite ammo with the right setup.

Arcane Camisado

Attacks from summoned minions increase Ability Strength by 6% up to 60% on the next ability cast. Summons gain 20% Movement Speed.

This next Arcane is a fun one. Anyone who’s wanted to play some type of minion master in Warframe got their wish in this update. Not only does this mod increase your Ability Strength when your minions attack, but it increases their movement speed making them more deadly.

Put this on a Warframe like Nekros and slot in the Summoner’s Wrath Aura mod and you’ll be dominating tilesets with your army of minions.

Arcane Bellicose

Gain 6% Ability Strength for every 250 Max Health up to 72%.

This is an Arcane for all the Warframes with absurdly high health bars. That means the Inaros, Nidus, and Kullervo players out there. While this Arcane is comparable to Molt Augmented, the shining benefit is that it’s always active since it’s dependent on your Warframe’s health.

This is perfect for missions where you might not be sticking around long enough to get the full benefits of Molt Augmented.

Secondary Enervate

On Hit: Increase Critical Chance by 10%. Resets after 6 Big Critical Hits.

This is one of those rare Arcanes that is so useful, that it would be a crime not to get it immediately. Secondary Enervate basically guarantees high-level crit, even on weapons with low crit chances.

Put this on a weapon with a high critical multiplier and you’ll see the benefits in spades.

Arcane Crepuscular

While invisible, gain +30% Ability Strength and +3x Final Critical Multiplier.

This Arcane is for all those stealth-based Warframes that can go invisible. Pairing especially well with the newest addition to the roster Cyte-09, this Arcane is a bit of a no-brainer if you’re going to be going invisible.

The bonus to Ability Strength is nice, but the +3x Final Critical Multiplier is a generous buff for simply playing your kit.
