If you want to beat the best, you’re going to need the best. And besides weapons, the best thing a Tenno can focus on is their mod stash. There are a lot of mod sets in Warframe, but few beat the straight upgrades that come from Prime mods.
There are a lot of Prime mods in the game, so in this guide, I’ll be going over the top Prime mods in Warframe for each mod type in no particular order.
What Are Prime Mods
Primed mods are enhanced versions of pre-existing mods. They typically have additional ranks and greater bonuses, making them leagues more powerful than their non-primed counterparts. Unfortunately, you cannot stack these mods with their counterparts.
How to Get Prime Mods
Unlike a lot of mod sets in Warframe, Prime mods can’t be easily grabbed in the game. Most Prime mods can only be obtained from Baro Ki’Teer, the Void Trader, which means you’ll need a level of luck when he shows up.
Alternatively, you can receive other Prime mods from other players through trading.
