Best Revenant Skins in Apex Legends: All Legendary Revenant Skins, Ranked

Apex Legends is a battle royale experience with a diverse roster of Legends. Each of these Legends features not only their own unique abilities and skills, but interesting and dynamic personalities to match. One such legend who stands out above the rest is the nightmare-inducing assassin, Revenant!

To compliment his menacing demeanor, Revenant features some very scary-looking skins sure to intimidate your opponents. In today’s article, we’re taking a look at the best Revenant skins in Apex Legends so you can find and purchase the one that is right for you.

Best Revenant Skins: All Legendary Revenant Skins, Ranked!

Without any further ado, let’s jump right into the ranking!

21/21

Predatory Instinct

First up on our ranking is the Predatory Instinct skin. This legendary cosmetic item features a cherry red and white color palette. The model itself is great, it’s just the color choices for this skin that really bring it down for me. There are several other skins that feature the same model but better colors. I recommend skipping over this one.

The first time this skin ever appeared was one year ago during Summer 2021. It has not yet made a return. I think it will eventually come back at some point, but I imagine it’s going to be a while before it comes back, as this was not a very popular skin.

20/21

Seeing Red

Seeing Red Revenant - Best Revenant Skins Apex Legends
Image: Respawn Entertainment, Electronic Arts via HGG

At spot number twenty, we have the Seeing Red legendary skin! This is a mostly red skin with purple highlights. The model makes Revenant look like a boxer! His face mask is the most interesting part of this skin, as it gives him a very creepy look. The model overall isn’t something I’m a big fan of, but it gets points for creativity.

This skin appeared for the first time in Season 9, and a second time in March earlier this year. Given this, it is likely to re-appear again in store rotations. Just keep your eyes peeled for it, and don’t expect it for at least another season or two.

19/21

Bleached Bone

Now for our next skin on this list of all legendary Revenant skins in Apex Legends, Bleached Bone! This is a skin that gives Revenant a simplistic black, gray, and white color palette. The model is very creepy and looks like something you’d find in a horror movie set out in the wilderness! While the model looks great, I’m personally not that big a fan of the color palette here.

Bleached Bone has not been available for purchase in almost a year at the time of writing this article. Its first debut was last year in the month of August. It may be a long time before we see this skin return to store rotations, so be patient if you want this skin for yourself.

18/21

Blood Ritual

Blood Ritual

Up next on this ranking is the Blood Ritual skin! This is a re-color of an existing skin, and gives Revenant a black and red color scheme. The model is clearly inspired by Mayan culture, with a headpiece and a big medallion across the chest. It also features several decorative skulls, perfect for someone like Revenant! The re-color doesn’t really fit the skin in my opinion, but it still looks fine.

Blood Ritual has been available for purchase a total of two times in its entire lifespan. The last time it was available was in February of 2022, and before that, it appeared in Season 8 of 2021. It is likely to return again given it’s pattern of showing up once a year, so expect it to pop up again in 2023.

17/21

False Idol

Our next skin on this ranking is the False Idol skin. This is an alternate color of another skin already in the game. It features a blue and gold color palette. The model is of a hairy beast-like creature with horns. It’s a very intimidating design, but personally, I don’t like the colors used for this model. I just don’t think it really fits.

You can find this legendary cosmetic at any time by going into Revenant’s cosmetics menu inside the game and crafting it for 1,200 crafting metals. It’s a very easily available skin, but personally, I recommend you save your currency for something else.

16/21

The Afterlife

Image: Respawn Entertainment, Electronic Arts via HGG

Next up is The Afterlife legendary skin! This is well known throughout the community for being a “watermelon skin” thanks to its red and green color palette. The model is made to look like an avian creature, giving Revenant a bird head and a beak. I do really like the watermelon color theme, but I feel that some of the other colors for this skin look better.

This skin has returned several times throughout its life span. The most recent iteration of this skin occurred in June 2022 earlier this summer. Before that, it came in a store rotation during the month of March 2021, and for the first time in 2020 during the month of June. Given how this skin always returns at least once a year, I think it’s guaranteed to return in 2023.

15/21

Revelations

Revelations

Revelations is another really cool and unique-looking Revenant skin. The color palette for this cosmetic is orange and white with blue highlights. Its model is very distinct, and it makes Revenant look like a villain from the 90s Transformers cartoon! I can’t say that I’m a big fan of it personally, but I have to admit it’s a well-made model that lots of players are going to love.

This is the most recently released legendary skin for Revenant in Apex Legends at the time of this article. It last made its first and only appearance in the month of July 2022. I think it is very likely to return again — possibly with a re-color — given that it has only appeared once and is a unique model. It might be a while before it comes back, however, given its very recent release.

14/21

Bird of Prey

The next skin on our ranking is Bird of Prey! This is a very pretty blue and orange-colored cosmetic. Much like the previous skin, this cosmetic also gives Revenant a bird-like appearance. I love how clean and shiny the color scheme makes this skin look! It’s definitely something I’d recommend you buy if you love the avian skins for Revenant.

This cosmetic item is available for purchase at any time. Simply go into the cosmetic menu screen for Revenant from the main menu. From there, you can craft the legendary skin for 1,200 crafting metals.

13/21

No Chill

No Chill - Best Revenant Skins in Apex Legends

Up next is a great skin for World’s Edge, No Chill! This winter-themed cosmetic gives Revenant a black and gray color scheme. The model showcases him in a winter coat with a hoodie to top things off. He features a very menacing mask with glowing red eyes. For some reason, the outfit as a whole reminds me of a Mongolian warrior — is that just me?

This skin first appeared earlier this year in February of 2022 and has not yet made a re-appearance. I’m not sure if this skin will make a return in its original form, but I think it’s very likely it will come back at some point as a re-color.

12/21

Shadow on the Sun

Shadow on The Sun

Shadow on the Sun is the next skin on our ranking. It’s an Egyptian-inspired skin featuring a black and gold color scheme. The model itself turns Revenant into a bird-like creature, complete with a beak! There are loads of intricate details on this cosmetic that give Revenant a very regal-like appearance. If you love gold-colored skins, this one’s for you!

This skin has been available for players to purchase at any time since Season 4. All you need to do is go into Revenant’s cosmetic menu and find his skin. From there, you can purchase the skin for 1,200 crafting metals. This makes the skin less rare, but it’s still a really great item for you to own!

11/21

Ra Fury

Ra Fury
Image: Respawn Entertainment, Electronic Arts via HGG

Now for another great skin, it’s Ra Fury! This is a very sparkly re-color of the skin Shadow on the Sun, with a gold and red color palette with black highlights. Sharing the Egyptian theme, this one is definitely the best iteration of the other skins that share the same model. It’s also fairly rare and uncommon to see, making it a good pick-up if you like collecting rare skins.

This re-color first appeared in early 2022 during the month of January and has not yet returned to stores. There is no guarantee that this skin will return anytime soon, but I do think it’s likely to come back eventually. Just make sure you already own the Shadow on the Sun skin, as it’s required to buy this re-color.

10/21

Deathproof

Up next we have the legendary skin Deathproof! Deathproof is a very good-looking skin featuring a bluish metal color scheme all throughout the body, with a gold face mask for Revenant! The skin may not feature any bones strapped to his body like the other skins, but it still manages to look intimidating!

The history of this skin dates back to the days of Season 6, when it was released alongside a collection event during that same season. It has since been returned for purchase twice during its lifespan, with the most recent re-release being back in May earlier this year.

9/21

Forged Knight

Forged Knight - Best Revenant Skins in Apex Legends
Image: Respawn Entertainment, Electronic Arts via HGG

For our next spot, let’s take a look at the Forged Knight skin! This Revenant outfit features a steel-gray and bronze-orange color palette. The model looks like it was inspired by an undead medieval knight. It’s a very cool-looking skin, and it’s so rare I’ve never seen it once in a public lobby. Definitely worth picking up if you love medieval RPGs!

Forged Knight was released back in November of 2020. It is currently being sold right now on Steam, Origin, and other digital stores as a part of the Champion Edition of the game. You can view the Champion Edition on Origin for yourself by clicking the link here.

8/21

Burial at Sea

Burial at Sea

For those who really love pirate-themed skins in Apex Legends, you’ll be happy to see that there is an undead pirate-themed skin for Revenant called Burial at Sea! This cosmetic features a red and gold color palette. It gives Revenant a pirate costume with two large pistols strapped to his chest and an artificial “beard” draped across his face. His arms have even been retextured to look like bones!

The last time we were able to get this skin was very recently in August of this year. Before that, the only time it was ever available was back in 2021 during Season 11. I think you’ll have to wait a long time before getting this skin, given how it was just very recently in the store rotations.

7/21

Necro Nightmare

Necro Nightmare

Next up we have the legendary Revenant skin Necro Nightmare! This Halloween-looking skin features a brown, dark gray, and white color scheme with gold and blue highlights. The model is clearly inspired by a werewolf, featuring rugged fur along the neck and arms as well as menacing yellow eyes! It’s the perfect costume for a night of trick or treating.

This special skin appeared during the Halloween event for Apex Legends in October of 2021. The skin has not yet made a return to the Apex store. Given its release date, I think this is very likely to return during Halloween this year and will continue to return annually.

6/21

Sacred Divinity

Sacred Divinity - All Legendary Skins Apex Legends Ranked

And our next Revenant skin is Sacred Divinity! This cosmetic showcases a white and gold color palette with a dark blue for contrast. The model reminds me of a villain you’d find in a Marvel movie.

The skin was made available for Revenant as a part of a Halloween-themed event back in the year 2021. If you are looking to acquire it again, you may have to wait a while as the only time it ever returned was in April of this year. It probably won’t show up again for a while.

5/21

Unholy Beast

Unholy Beast
Image: Respawn Entertainment, Electronic Arts via HGG / Koby Gibson Ross

Kicking off the top five on our ranking of the best Revenant skins, it’s the Unholy Beast cosmetic. This skin features a red and white color scheme and an absolutely terrifying design! It looks like it could be like one of those urban legends creepypastas that floated around the internet in the late 2000s. Come to think of it, it actually looks a lot like SCP-1471

Unholy Beast can be purchased and unlocked by any player at any time, provided they have at least 1,200 crafting metals. You can obtain this skin by going into Revenant’s cosmetics menu before a match and unlocking it there. Or, you could get very lucky and unlock it in an Apex Pack. But I recommend you just craft it instead.

4/21

Synthetic Shinobi

Synthetic Shinobi - Best Revenant Skins in Apex Legends
Image: Respawn Entertainment, Electronic Arts via HGG

Synthetic Shinobi is the next skin on our ranking. This is a Samurai-inspired skin featuring a blue and aluminum gray color palette with purple and red highlights. The skin gives Revenant a beautiful hood and set of robes, with a face mask that reminds me of an Oni. He also sports two (sadly, non-usable) katanas on his back, which really make this outfit, in my opinion.

The Synthetic Shinobi skin made its first debut during the Genesis Collection Event, where it instantly became a fan favorite. This legendary cosmetic item last saw a return in February earlier this year. I think it is likely to return given its popularity, and will probably come back to store rotations sometime in 2023.

3/21

Relic of Death

Relic of Death
Image: Respawn Entertainment, Electronic Arts via HGG

In the next spot on our list of all legendary Revenant skins in Apex Legends ranked, we have the Relic of Death skin! This is a unique skin with an emerald green and gold color palette. The skin appears to be inspired by the Mayans. It features a fancy headdress, a big medallion strapped across the chest, and plenty of spooky-looking skulls decorating the entire body!

This is one of Revenant’s older skins, first coming to the game during Season 5. The skin was popular enough to make a return in the month of June earlier this year. Considering this large gap of time in-between releases, I think it’s unlikely to return for another year at the very least.

2/21

A Gaze Eternal

A Gaze Eternal

Now for spot number two on our list is my personal favorite skin, A Gaze Eternal! This is a beautiful skin with a marble white and gold color scheme, with blue highlights. The skin looks like something inspired by the movie Metropolis. It features several very creepy-looking faces all throughout the body, with a very regal aesthetic to match.

The first time players could ever get their hands on this skin was during Season 8 back in the year 2021. And the last time that it was ever available for purchase was earlier this year in the month of April. Considering this, I think you might have to wait a season or two before it comes back to store shelves.

1/21

Frost Ancient

Frost Ancient - Best Revenant Skins in Apex Legends
Image: Respawn Entertainment, Electronic Arts via HGG

Taking the number one spot on our list of the best Revenant skins is Frost Ancient! This is an absolutely gorgeous skin with an icy white and frosty blue color scheme. The model looks like something out of Game of Thrones, with a skull for a head, a white and brown set of robes, and lots of overgrown brambles around the body.

This skin first came out during a winter event for Apex Legends back in December of 2020. The skin quickly became popular among fans before it was removed when the event ended. The skin has come back before, and it seems like it will make another return this holiday season due to its winter theme.
