All Hidden Achievements in Genshin Impact

Any serious gamer has spent some time achievement hunting. It’s a matter of pride knowing you’ve gotten more achievements than your friends or have rare achievements that 99% of other players don’t. While it is possible to stumble upon achievements, sometimes it helps to know which achievements to look out for too. Which is why we listed all hidden achievements in Genshin Impact! … At least up through Version 4.1.

Hidden Achievements in Genshin Impact

There are a lot of hidden achievements in Genshin Impact. As of Version 4.1 the number is roughly 540 in just the Wonders of the World achievement section. Nearly every update in the game has added at least a few more hidden achievements and this pattern will likely continue as Hoyoverse continues to add content.

Most of the hidden achievements in Genshin Impact really aren’t that hard to get. You’ll get them naturally as you play the game. Tons of hidden achievements are gotten just by completing quests. Those can be Archon quests, World quests, and even side quests.

Most hidden achievements are one-off achievements that will also reward you 5 primogems upon completion. Sometimes though they will be worth 10-20 primogems, especially if they are a part of a series.

Between all hidden achievements in the game, there are over 2,000 primogems up for grabs.

Version 1.0 Hidden Achievements

These achievements have been available since the very beginning of Genshin Impact. Players will be able to complete all of them between the Monstadt and Liyue regions of the game. If you haven’t gotten them by the time you reach Inazuma or further that’s okay, you can still get a lot of them outside of the starting regions too.

Version 1.4 Hidden Achievements

One of the most meta hidden achievements was added in Version 1.4 with the “… You could hear Paimon all along, couldn’t you?” achievement. Since players can only get it by messing with their game’s audio settings and triggering dialog from Paimon it’s about as close to breaking the 4th wall as Genshin gets.

Version 1.5 Hidden Achievements

As far as content updates go, Version 1.5 was a fairly light one which can be seen with the addition of just three new hidden achievements. Two of the three achievements related to the new Cryo Hypostasis boss while the third encouraged players to fight the new Weekly Boss Azhdaha.

  • Sternest of Souls
  • “… A Single Night’s Work”
  • “Knee-Deep Snow…”

Version 1.6 Hidden Achievements

While Version 1.6 didn’t add very many hidden achievements, it was still a pretty big update. It not only debuted the first character from Inazuma, this version also introduced players to the Waverider. It makes sense that many of the new hidden achievements also had to do with the new Waverider mechanics.

  • Yo-Ho-Ho, and a Bottle of Dandelion Wine
  • Mighty and Illuminated Wave Rider
  • Nice Boat!
  • …And Her Name Is the Mary Celeste
  • Deja Vu!
  • The Gathering Storm
  • Ready, Fight!
  • Autumn Winds, Scarlet Leaves

Version 2.0 Hidden Achievements

The addition of Inazuma in Version 2.0 was the biggest content update Genshin Impact had seen at the time. It also included the largest number of new hidden achievements since Version 1.0 and set the trend for new nations getting a large number of initial hidden achievements.

Version 2.3 Hidden Achievements

Version 2.3 was the lightest on new hidden achievements at the time and since in Genshin Impact. With just two hidden achievements, it didn’t add much to the list. Both new achievements were pretty easy to get as well. Players need only capture a Crystalfly and a Finch with the Omni-Ubiquity Net to obtain both.

  • “Not Flyin’ Away This Time!”
  • The Net Closes In

Version 2.4 Hidden Achievements

The hidden achievements added in Version 2.4 were largely associated with the new region released as a subregion of Inazuma. Enkanomiya and its various new mechanics provided players with over a dozen new opportunities for primogems.

  • SHUUMATSU GAIDEN

Version 2.5 Hidden Achievements

  • Inugami’s End
  • Hard Landing
  • Impeccable Judgement
  • Beware of Angry Dog

Version 2.7 Hidden Achievements

  • No Way Home
  • Layers of Fear
  • Of Heart and Soul

Version 3.0 Hidden Achievements

With Version 3.0 the Traveler finally reached Sumeru, the fourth nation on their journey across Teyvat. With their arrival in the Dendro Archon’s nation they were also able to obtain a slew of new hidden achievements. Version 3.2 Hidden Achievements

The hidden achievements for Version 3.2 mostly relate to quests and boss combat. Which means most players will be able to get them without really trying so long as you’re playing the game normally. You may need to purposefully take a dive to get the “Causality of Birth and Extinction” achievement but that is easy enough (a character must die by a specific attack from the Everlasting Lord of Arcane Wisdom for this one).

  • The Marvelous Uses of Nitrogen Fixation
  • Records of the Fall
  • It All Comes Tumbling Down
  • Causality of Birth and Extinction
  • Eremitis ne credite

  • … I’m Sorry, Sir, But You’re Ineligible
  • Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises

Version 3.3 Hidden Achievements

Some of Sumeru’s first Commission related hidden achievements were added in Version 3.3. Which can make them a bit of a pain to obtain since you’ll need to rely on RNG to get the right commission before you can get them.

  • A Lingering Fragrance
  • Swordseeker
  • To Walk The Horizon…?
  • Mystery of Tatarasuna
  • Echoes of History
  • Parinama: Fox, Cat, Bird, and Monster
  • My, myself, But Not I
  • Inversion of Genesis

Version 3.4 Hidden Achievements

Sumeru’s deserts became a lot more mysterious with Version 3.4 and many of the hidden achievements added in this update have to do with unlocking those secrets. You can get a good start on them by completing quests but you’ll also need to do some exploring and understand the new desert mechanics too.

  • “If They Had Known the Unseen…”

  • He Who Controls the Spice…

Version 3.5 Hidden Achievements

While not many hidden achievements were added in Version 3.5, one of the most memorable certainly was. The achievement “Caribert” is a simple enough one to get since you just need to complete the “Portended Fate” quest. There is a lot of lore involved in this quest though and the conclusion is pretty tragic too.

  • Star-Crossed Night
  • The Sickness Unto Near-Death
  • The Far Side of Fate
  • Caribert

Version 3.6 Hidden Achievements

As the last major content update for Sumeru, Version 3.6’s hidden achievements are mostly concerned with two things. The first is exploring the new desert regions and the second is mastering Sorush. There are also the usual hidden achievements you can get for simply completing quests.

Version 4.0 Hidden Achievements

After Version 3.6, the next hidden achievements were not added to Genshin Impact until Version 4.0 along with Fontaine. From the sheer number of them it seems like Hoyoverse was trying to make up for lost time too. Version 4.1 Hidden Achievements

A lot of the story for Version 4.1 relates to the Fortress of Meropide. After completing the World and Archon quests though you’ll probably have most of the hidden achievements in the Fortress so you’ll want to focus your attention on exploration and the Fontaine Research Society.
