The Jester’s Festival returns to Tamriel at the end of March and continues till early April. During this event, players can participate in various silly activities and earn rewards in the Elder Scrolls Online.
My guide will cover everything from how to participate to what rewards you can earn. Let’s dive in!
Event Details

Event Dates: March 27th- April 3rd
During the Jester’s Festival enjoy a +100% Experience Boost for the duration of the event. Earn a host of unique Jester-themed items and three Event Tickets each day of the festival. The extra XP is helpful for leveling up new toons (characters) and you can complete event daily quests for fun rewards and achievements. Whether you are a solo player or like to play with friends and guild mates, this event is fun to participate in.
Please note: You no longer need the Pie of Misrule Tool to toggle on your +100% XP Boost, everyone will receive the boost during the event automatically.
Getting Started

To participate in the event, head to the pavilion tents located outside these cities: Ebonheart, Vulkhel Guard, and Daggerfall. You can also visit the “Events” section of the Crown Store in ESO and pick up “Jester’s Festival Invitation” quest for free. Complete the introductory quest and gain access to several dailies given by Tamriel’s Jester rulers.

Once you finish the introductory quest you will gain access to the Festival daily quests, you can complete these quests during the event to earn rewards and your Event Tickets.
Quests

There are seven quests available to complete each day for rewards. Each time you complete a quest, you will receive a Jester’s Festival reward box. I recommend joining up with some friends or guild mates if you want to make questing even more fun! You can checkout this guide for more information on joining a guild.
Quests:
- Springtime Flair: Cheer up Auridon locals.
- A Noble Guest: Steal away the King’s betrothed to join his feast.
- Royal Revelry: Create and set loose some magical sparklers for your king.
- A Foe Most Porcine: Defeat the King Boar in the Festival Arena in Stormhaven.
- The King’s Spoils: Collect mudcrab apples in the Festival Arena.
- Prankster’s Carnival: Collect prank kits and perform pranks.
- Getting the Band Together: Gather Daedra to perform in a concert at the Festival.
Jester’s Festival Rewards

Along with earning three event tickets per day, you can get a Stupendous Jester’s Festival Box the first time you complete a Jester’s Festival quest. This is account wide and after that players can receive normal Jester’s Festival boxes for additional quests. The Stupendous reward box can contain the new Alliance Mimicry Style Pages, Jester’s Deadly Headband adornment runebox, previous years style pages, recipes, and more. Some of my favorite rewards are Cadwell’s Kitchen weapon style pages, the Jester’s Festival Daedroth Suit Costume, and the provisioning recipes!
For the full list of rewards you can check out the ESO Jester’s Festival page. Also, don’t forget to check out the Impresario Event Vendor to spend your Event Tickets during the Festival.
