Fans of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be happy to see the MORS sniper join the roster of weapons in MW3’s Season 3. This hard-hitting sniper is a powerful choice when choosing a weapon for long-range. If you’ve been wondering what the best loadout to run with this weapon is, then you’ve come to the right place. In this guide, I’ll be going over the best loadout for the MORS in MW3 and Warzone 2.0.
Warzone Loadout
Our first loadout will focus on how to run the MORS in Warzone. With how powerful this weapon is, we’ll be building this thing to be as accurate as possible.
Attachments
- Barrel: Tonne Heavy Barrel
- Stock: Icarus Light Stock
- Rear Grip: OP-980 Grip
- Ammunition: HVP Anti-Material Slug
- Bolt: Quick Bolt
For this loadout, we add the Tonne Heavy Barrel and HVP Anti-Material Slug to give the weapon better damage at a longer range. We then add the OP-980 Grip and Icarus Light Stock to give the MORS faster ADS speed. This will allow us to get on target fast.
Finally, we add the Quick Bolt to increase our weapons’ rechambering speed. This will increase our fire rate and allow us to out-snipe other enemies.
Equipment
- Tactical: Smoke Grenade
- Lethal: Claymore/Proximity Mine
For equipment, we grab the Smoke Grenade and the Claymore or Proximity Mine. The Smoke Grenade will help us reposition while sniping and staying out of enemy sights. The Claymore or Proximity Mine is mainly there to cover our flanks and alert us if someone is trying to sneak up behind us while sniping.
Perks
- Perk Slot 1: Double Time
- Perk Slot 2: Sleight of Hand
- Perk Slot 3: Cold-Blooded
- Perk Slot 4: High Alert
For our perks, we first grab Double Time and Sleight of Hand. Double Time will help us reposition and move around the map quickly. Sleight of Hand will help our fire rate with the MORS since we need to reload after every shot.
Cold-Blooded will help hide us from other players using High Alert, letting us get the drop on unsuspecting enemies. On the other hand, grabbing High Alert for our fourth perk slot will ensure we don’t get hit without us knowing.
Pair the MORS with something you can pull out quickly in close range and you should be fine.
MW3 Loadout
Our second loadout will focus on how to run the MORS when in regular multiplayer matches.
Attachments
- Barrel: Crown-50 Barrel
- Stock: Icarus Light Stock
- Laser: SL Razorhawk Laser Light
- Ammunition: HVP Anti-Material Slug
- Bolt: Quick Bolt
For this setup, we grab the Icarus Light Stock, HVP Anti-Material Slug, and Quick Bolt for the same reasons as before. This time around, however, we add the Crown-50 Barrel and the SL Razorhawk Laser Light. We take the Crown-50 for better mobility since we’ll be using this loadout on maps way smaller than Warzone. We also take the Razorhawk for the same reason.
Equipment
- Tactical: Stun Grenade
- Lethal: Throwing Knife
This time around we grab the Stun Grenade to help slow down enemy movement to help us hit them. We take the Throwing Knife for when we need to defend ourselves and don’t have enough time to switch weapons or take another shot.
Gear Perks
- Vest: Overkill Vest
- Gloves: Marksman Gloves
- Boots: Running Sneakers
- Gear: Mag Holster
Our gear perks are focused on keeping us alive and being able to fight back in close quarters when we need to. We choose the Overkill Vest to help us swap weapons quicker when we need to and allow us to choose whatever secondary we want. We grab Marksman Gloves to reduce flinching while ADS so we can get accurate shots off while under fire.
The Running Sneakers will help us run away from damage and reposition quickly, while the Mag Holster will improve our reload speed increasing our fire rate with the MORS.
