How to Unlock Trust Events for Caesar in Zenless Zone Zero

1. You must own Caesar.
2. Complete all of Chapter 4 as well as the short post-chapter quest (Leisurely Lull: Unexpected New Customers) that features Tsukishiro Yanagi of Section 6.

Once you meet the criteria above, Caesar will text you on her new phone to give you her contact address. This will unlock Caesar spawning in the world as a Random Trust Event and let you invite her to hangout.

All Random Trust Events for Caesar (Open-World)

Each in-game day, there’s a chance that a Random Trust Event for Caesar will spawn. You can increase this chance by inviting Caesar to hang out via texts over multiple real-life days.

Surprisingly, there is only a total of 5 possible Random Trust Events for Caesar, which is a really tiny amount compared to characters like Zhu Yuan. Luckily, none of these events are particularly rare, and you should be able to easily experience all of them.

Not all dialogue choices affect your Trust Rank, so we’ll only cover the ones that do. Fortunately, there are no answers that decrease Caesar’s trust in you. And trust us – we have tested every dialogue choice.

Note: After completing 8 Random Trust Events in one real-life day, no more will spawn in subsequent in-game days.

Lumina Square

There are 2 Random Trust Events for Caesar at Lumina Square.

1. Lumina Galleria (Mall)

You find Caesar in front of Lumina Galleria, waiting for Lucy to finish shopping.

• Time: Morning
• Lucy must be unoccupied for this event to spawn.

• Choose any answer. You will always get 1 Trust Increase at the end.

2. Beaverson Beauty Salon

An old lady seems to be offering Caesar an opportunity… to be on the front of cover of a fashion magazine?

• Time: Morning

• Choose any answer. You will always get 1 Trust Increase at the end.

Ballet Twins Road

There is only 1 Random Trust Event for Caesar at Ballet Twins Road.

1. Vending Machine (Upper Balcony)

You find Caesar surrounded by a gaggle of kids and decide to see what she’s up to.

• Time: Morning

• Oops, I’ve been here too long. I gotta go; otherwise, these goods won’t make it to their destination today.
  • Wait a second! I’ll buy you a drink! (Trust Increase, after picking either subsequent answer)
  • Then I won’t waste more of your time. (Neutral, ends the event)

Blazewood

There are 2 Random Trust Events for Caesar in Blazewood.

By Edge of the Road (Upper Level)

Caesar appears to have just finished beating up a gang that was causing trouble.

• Time: Morning

• Choose any answer. You will always get 1 Trust Increase at the end.

By the Shack (Lower Level)

Caesar seems to be annoyed that Lucy didn’t give her a heads-up on some important info…

• Time: Morning

• Choose any answer. You will always get 1 Trust Increase.

Invite & Hangout Events with Caesar

Each real-life day, you can text and invite up to three characters to hang out, and one of these invites can be Caesar.

The only dialogue choice that matters during the text itself is which hangout location you choose. You’ll always randomly be given two locations to pick from.

Once again, we will only focus on dialogue options that affect your Trust with Caesar.

Most importantly, make sure to show up on time for the hangout! If you miss it, Caesar will send you a guilt-inducing text about waiting for you. Imagine driving for hours to the city to meet your friend, only to be bailed on. Not cool.

1. Gaming Time (Arcade)

• Text Option: Let’s go play some games then!

You and Caesar decide to hit up the arcades. Although analog games are fun, it always comes down to good old rock-paper-scissors.

• Your answers will depend on whether you play Snake Duel or Soul Hounds with Caesar.

• By the way, Proxy, what should we play today?
  • How about Snake Duel? We can team up. (Neutral)
    • Oh, I lost track of time playing Snake Duel. This game may look simple, but it makes for some intense competition.
      • Too bad we didn’t make it to the finals. (Neutral)
      • Our teamwork was solid. (Trust Increase)
  • How about Soul Hounds III? I’m feeling up for some competition. (Neutral)
    • Let’s go, Proxy! On three… rock, paper, scissors… shoot!
      • (Scissors! Gotta stay sharp!) [Neutral]
      • (Paper! Soft but deadly!) [Neutral]
      • (Good old rock! Nothing beats sheer might!) [Trust Increase, after subsequent answer]

• Regardless of your answers, you will also always receive 1 Significant Trust Increase at the end.

2. Getting Some Exercise (Lumina Square)

• Text Option: Is there anything you want to do?

Caesar hasn’t had a good fight in a while, and you know just the place she can find one in the city. Witness the rise of a new fan favorite.

• Choose any answer. You will always get 1 Trust Increase and 1 Significant Trust Increase at the end.

3. Tyche Crates (Blazewood Lower Level)

• Text Option: The market sounds pretty fun.

You decide to check out the local market in Blazewood with Caesar. To your surprise, you find that even the wilds still have surprise boxes. See what you get!

• There you are, Proxy! Quite a trek, huh?
  • No worries! I’m here for fun! (Neutral)
  • No sweat! Meeting you will wipe away all my tiredness. (Significant Trust Increase)

• Regardless of your answers, you will also always receive 1 Trust Increase at the end.
  • That being said, we suggest choosing Crate Number 20 for a more heart-warming ending involving Big Daddy.

4. Under the Stars (Blazewood Upper Level)

• Text Option: I’m all about that meteor shower!

You and Caesar decide to go see a meteor shower while she’s in Blazewood. Enjoy the sights you could never hope to see in the city and make a wish!

• By the way, you city folks make wishes on shooting stars too, right? Did you make a wish?
  • I wished that we’ll be great friends forever. (Trust Increase)
  • Oh, shoot! I was too caught up in the moment. (Neutral)

• Regardless of your answers, you will also always receive 1 Significant Trust Increase at the end.

Caesar Trust Rank-Up Quests

When your Trust Rank with Caesar is ready to advance to the next level, you’ll automatically receive a Trust Rank-Up quest. These quests will always successfully progress, so just choose the answers you like the most!

If for some reason Caesar isn’t at the expected quest spot, make sure you track the quest as your active one. This will force the game to prioritize spawning her in.

1. Friendly (Mediator in a Dilemma)

• Location: By the elevator on the upper level of Blazewood.

You find Caesar pondering some stuff when the two of you overhear Kasa arguing with her brother. Help the new Overlord resolve the siblings’ squabble.

Caesar Promoter Quest (Caesar’s Request)

After completing the Rank-Up quest, you’ll receive a text from Caesar the next day that’ll start a simple quest to earn her as a promoter for your store.

After you confirm that you have the movie she’s after, simply fast forward to the next day, and Caesar will show up outside of Random Play. Talk to her and enjoy watching Last Flight together (complete with copious tears and tissues) to unlock Caesar as a promoter.

Using Caesar as a promoter will give you 5x Basic Physical Chip, in addition to the usual Dennies and Bangboo EXP items. If you’re trying to level up your Physical Agents’ skills, Caesar is your best option.

2. Close (Foot in Mouth)

• Location: By the elevator on the lower level of Blazewood.

Caesar wants your input on how to deal with their gang’s Bangboo, Red Moccus, who has been talking rather weirdly as of late. Enjoy the chaos as things quickly spiral out of hand.

Completing this quest will unlock access to Caesar’s unique Resonium in Hollow Zero. There are two ways to obtain it:

1. When you enter the rest area between floors, there’s a chance a special event will trigger. If Caesar was the one to land the killing blow on the previous floor’s boss, you’ll get her unique Resonium.
2. If you’re doing Blitz Mode in Withering Garden, there’s a chance to get it if Caesar lands the killing blow on the last boss of one of the sections.

As for the effect of Caesar’s Resonium, it activates her M1 effect (Spearhead Advance) – causing all enemies nearby to suffer a 15% reduction to their Attribute DMG RES while her Radiant Aegis shield is active. It also grants a free instance of the shield whenever Caesar enters the battlefield, but only once every 300 seconds (5 minutes).

This is a rather nice buff for any Anomaly-focused teams, as it’s rather easy to keep her shield active. If you already have Caesar at M1 or higher, the Resonium will not provide any additional benefits.

3. Trusted (Old Buddy and Good Buddy)

• Location: By the motorcycle repair shack on the lower level of Blazewood.

You find Caesar almost done with repairing her motorcycle after it took a beating from the Tour de Inferno. As her good buddy, you offer to help her finish the final repairs on her old buddy.

Completing this quest will unlock the dynamic wallpaper for Caesar as an option in your pause menu.

Additionally, you will now gain a bonus effect if you trigger the rest area event for Caesar in Hollow Zero. Her unique Resonium will be upgraded to also grant the Impact Formation effect – which will cause all shielded agents to deal 15% more Daze (as long as Caesar is alive and a part of the squad).
