Once you get access to the Night Sky Temple in Palia, the game will ask you for a bunch of seemingly random items. This requires you to have found the Broken Key and the entrance to the dilapidated temple (which is between Badruu’s farm and the nearby waterfall for any still searching). If you’re trying to complete the bundles, then keep reading – this Palia bundles guide covers everything you’ll need to know.
The Different Bundles in the Vault of the Waves in Palia
There are four vaults in the Night Sky Temple in Palia. The first and only one currently available in the game is the Vault of the Waves, which has a fish constellation on it. The Vault of the Waves has four different bundles within it that have their own rewards.
The items range in difficulty with some being easy to grab right outside while others will take time and a lot of fishing to do. The four bundles in the Vault of the Waves are Spooky Bundle, Beach Bundle, Freshwater Bundle, and Magic Bundle.
Spooky Bundle
Here’s everything you’ll need to get for the Spooky Bundle:
- Garden Mantis
- Vampire Crab
- Mutated Angler
- Void Ray
You can find the Garden Mantis around the beach and lake near Kilima Village. This is a bug you can catch, and it’s easy to do at level one Bug Catching.
The Vampire Crab is in Bahari Bay by the Flooded Fortress ruins. Like the name suggests, these are around at night, and you can catch them with the Bug Catching satchel.
The Mutated Angler requires you to use a Worm on your Fishing Rod while fishing inside the Pavel Mines in Bahari Bay. You can get worms from Zeki until you unlock the Worm Farm Crafter.
The Void Ray is the trickiest one in the bundle – you’ll need to use a Glow Worm while fishing in the Pavel Mines in Bahari Bay, the same ones that the Mutated Angler is in. However, you can only catch it at night, which is between 6 p.m. and 3 a.m. in-game. In order to get a Glow Worm, you’ll either need to buy it from Einar (if you have level seven Fishing) or use a Glow Worm Farm.
Here are all the rewards you can get by completing the Spooky Bundle:
- 1 Major Hook Time Booster
- 1 Minor Rod Health Booster
- 1 Major Rod Health Booster
- 1 Major Safe Zone Speed Booster
- 1 Major Safe Zone Size Booster
- 100 Gold
- 10 Tuning Forks
Beach Bundle
Here’s everything you need to complete the Beach Bundle in the Vault of the Waves in Palia:
- Green Pearl
- Stripeshell Snail
- Blue Marlin
- Sushi
Getting a Green Pearl is a bit difficult. It’s got a low chance of being found when you open an oyster, so you’ll have to gather and open these until you find one.
Stripeshell Snail’s are located on the coastline of Bahari Bay during the night. These can be caught with the Bug Catching satchel.
You can catch a Blue Marlin in Bahari Bay on the coast with a Worm. You can only find it during the day though. For Worms, you can use a Worm Farm or buy them from Zeki.
Despite being a food you typically make, Sushi is actually found by fishing in Palia. You can find it by using a Glow Worm while fishing in the Mirror Pond Ruins. You’ll need to be level 7 Fishing to buy these from Einar, and you can make them yourself with a Glow Worm Farm.
These are all the rewards you’ll get from completing the Beach Bundle:
- 30 Worms
- 30 Glow Worms
Freshwater Bundle
Here’s everything you need for the Freshwater Bundle in Palia:
- Inky Dragonfly
- Trout Dinner
- HydratePro Fertilizer
- Giant Goldfish
Inky Dragonflies are daytime bugs that fly around bodies of water in Bahari Bay (with the exception of the ocean).
In order to make Trout Dinner, you’ll need to befriend Einar to level three. This gives you access to his home, which is where you’ll find the recipe. You need a Standard Stove, any trout, any kind of spice, Wild Garlic, and a Potato. It does need to be at least one-star quality, so make sure you use quality ingredients.
HydratePro Fertilizer is probably the easiest thing in all the Vault of the Waves, but you will need five of them. You can buy them from Zeki’s store for 40 Gold a piece, meaning you’ll 200 Gold for all four.
The Giant Goldfish is found in ponds all around the game all day and night long. You’ll need a Glow Worm to catch it though, which you can buy from Einar’s shop at level seven Fishing or with a Glow Worm Farm.
The rewards for the Freshwater Bundle are as follows:
- 1 Bouillabaisse
- Bouillabaisse Recipe
Magic Bundle
Here’s everything you need to complete the Magic Bundle:
- Fisherman’s Brew
- Enchanted Pupfish
- Shimmerfin
- Long Nosed Unicorn Fish
You’ll need to buy the recipe for the Fisherman’s Brew from Einar once you’ve got level five Fishing, and it’ll cost 1,000 Gold. Once you’ve got it, it takes one Emerald Carpet Moss and one Crystal Lake Lotus to make.
The Enchanted Pupfish can be caught in Fisherman’s Lagoon with a Glow Worm during the day. In order to get Glow Worms, you’ll need to buy them from Einar’s shop at level seven Fishing or use a Glow Worm Farm.
Shimmerfins are also caught any time of the day in Fisherman’s Lagoon, but you only need to use a regular Worm. These can be bought from Einar or farmed with a Worm Farm.
The Long Nosed Unicorn Fish is found on the coast of Bahari Bay during the day with a Glow Worm.
Here are all the rewards you’ll get from completing the Magic Bundle in Palia:
- 1 Honey Lure
