Before we explain what Kyber bricks are, we must first explain the class and upgrading system in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Every character in this Star Wars game belongs to a class — villains, bounty hunters, protocol droids, etc. — and these classes feature a variety of different upgrades.

For example, the Hidden Bounties upgrade allows you to earn extra studs when defeating enemies as a bounty hunter. There are also general upgrades that you can acquire for all of your characters, such as Speedy Sprint, which increases your sprint speed with every upgrade. This is where Kyber bricks come in.

Kyber bricks are glowing blue lego pieces that can be collected and used as a currency to purchase these upgrades. Each upgrade costs anywhere from 1–25 Kyber bricks (as well as a certain amount of studs). As you can imagine, collecting these strange bricks is an incredibly important part of your journey in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. But just how can you get your hands on them?

Where Do I Find Them?

Kyber bricks are the primary reward for exploration and completing side quests in the game. You can simply walk around the world and visit out-of-reach places (high up towers, dark alleyways, and other secluded areas) and likely find a Kyber brick waiting for you. You’ll also often be rewarded with Kyber bricks by completing side quests, which can be activated by talking to various different NPCs.

There are forty-five levels in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, and each contains six different challenges for you to complete. You can view challenges by opening up your menu and going to the “Missions” tab. It should be located just underneath the section showing what mini kits you have collected.

These challenges vary greatly, and there is a huge amount of different things for you to do. Some are simple, such as one in A New Hope which requires you to shoot the helmets off of a certain number of Stormtroopers. Another will send you all across the galaxy to find hidden wookiees that you need to interact with. Be sure to check and see what they are at the start of every level!
