Chap has displayed quite the understanding of streaming, Fortnite, and the entertainment business in his only 2 years of participating. What allows for Chap to standout is this knowledge of what viewers want to see. Chap was able to be a viewer and came up with a strong theory behind what other viewers would want to see. The biggest thing being consistency.

He has also managed to be one of the most consistant streamers that we’ve seen here at High Ground Gaming. It’s obvious that Chap views this as more than just a job, but rather an experience with his friends playing his favorite games. This is reflected in his average of 13+ hours of streaming content each day.

Also knowing that the reason people want to watch him is becasue he’s a highly skilled player, Chap spares no expence in frames or gear. Optimizing his game settings to perform at competitive rates, and making sure to utilize some of the best computer components you can get your hands on, Chap is ensuring his place in the highly competitive streaming atmosphere.

Currently trying to make up for his recent descent that came from not makin git into the World Championship, Chap is making sure to get as much practice in between now and his next competitions. During this time, his streaming and VOD career continued to take off, gaining a massive following in a matter of months. The unique thing is that unlike most streamers, Chap typically plays without a webcam and chooses to let his gameplay do the talking. This really speaks to his ability as a Fortnite player to still attract viewership and reflects how he keeps much of his personal life very private.

As of 2019, Chap and Team Liquid have still been going strong following their late success in 2018. Unfortunately for Chap, he hasn’t showcased the same knowledge of the game meta in recent seasons and missed qualifying for the Fortnite World Cup in July. That setback hasn’t slowed him down, and he continues to stream and grow his following and will likely be back in the top echelon of players very soon.
